A small firm that builds things that hold
Enablai exists to do one thing well: take AI past the pilot stage inside real organisations. We are a UK consultancy, we build on Anthropic's Claude, and we work with teams across Britain and Europe.
We think the interesting work in AI right now isn't the flagship project. It's the unglamorous middle of an organisation — the documents, the correspondence, the scheduling — where a well-built system quietly returns hours every week to the people who were losing them.
So we scope carefully, we build for production rather than for the demo, we keep a person accountable for anything that carries weight, and we design every engagement to end with your team able to run what we built without us.
What we're for, and what working together looks like
Make AI ordinary
The goal isn't a flagship project. It's ten unremarkable improvements that quietly hold, in the parts of the business nobody demos.
Leave you independent
Every engagement is designed to end. We'd rather be re-hired for the next problem than retained for the last one.
Be honest about limits
Some processes shouldn't be automated, and some tools aren't ready. Telling you that early is worth more than the fee we'd have earned.
Keep people in the loop
We build systems that draft, check and flag — with a person accountable for anything that carries weight.
The founder
Got a process that's costing you hours?
Tell us about it. The first call is free, and we'll say plainly whether it's worth automating — and whether we're the right people to do it.
