Where a connector doesn't exist, we write one.
Every build has a success measure agreed before we start and a working slice in front of you every fortnight. If the measure is missed, we say so and stop; you keep everything built to that point.
Handover is the deliverable, not an afterthought. You receive the source code, the documentation, the prompts and configuration under version control, and a walk-through for the person in your organisation who will own it. Ongoing support is available if you want it, and unnecessary if you don't.
